Can we get a what what for me having a kickass month? It has been A LONG TIME since I felt this good about things. Some of this was because I had a week off from work, so I had time, but it also just felt good to be moving.
How much shoveling did you do this month? Did you kick ass, too?

You are SUCH a badass, in so many ways. (Is Dr. BB back to normal?) I have definitely done some shoveling lately. It's always so frustrating to shovel and then have the snow instantly cover up your nice clean walkway.
ReplyDeleteYou knocked exercise OUT OF THE PARK.
ReplyDeleteI shovelled a bit this month, but we "cheated" and hired out snow removal. We haven't done this in years, but we got SO MUCH SNOW. Worth every penny.
Exercise is still a major Meh in my life but I'm okay with it. I've been going to pickleball a few times a week which is great exercise and a lot of fun. And I've been doing some stretching videos and that's it. But I am in Full Admiration Mode when seeing how consistent you are with your workouts.
