30-minute spooky morning walk with Hannah. It was so foggy!
24-minute coooooold walk with Hannah after I took her to get a bath at a local pet store. I wore my heated vest for the first time this season.

Look at that fog! You can see the trees are sort of ghostly mountains. |

I took a lot of glamour shots of Hannah by the river. This was the best one, I think. |

She had to get a new LED collar because her pink one gave out after years of service. This new one can be red, green, or blue. We're trying red this week and will do other colors in upcoming weeks. |

37-minute morning walk with Hannah
28-minute walk with Hannah before bed
There was a haunted hike at our local park on Friday and Saturday nights, so some of the decorations were left up on Saturday. Hannah was not impressed. |
Saturday, October 19
37-minute morning walk with Hannah - I had gotten my COVID booster on Friday after work and right after this walk I collapsed on the couch where I stayed all day with a fever and muscle aches, so Hannah was Dr. BB's charge for the rest of the day

Has anyone been to a haunted house/hike this year? Are you planning to? Have you had any creepy morning fog situations that seem to fit the spirit of the season?
Yes, we've had some creepy fog here! This time of year, fog always seemed spooky to me. Hannah definitely looks beautiful in that river shot! Nice job on all the walking, and hope you're feeling better today.
ReplyDeleteI felt better on Sunday. I know those vaccines are good for me, but they do wipe me out.
DeleteI hope you're feeling all better today. A reaction like that shows that your immune system is raring to go, so good for you!
ReplyDeleteI've been enjoying my walks so much lately. I varied my route just a bit and the weather has been so perfect. (But I'm sure I never look a fetching as Hanna--pun intended!)
We've been going for some longer walks lately, too, because the weather has been so ideal. This is our three weeks of perfect fall weather!
DeleteHannah is so beautiful in the glamor shot! And in every shot. A collar that changes colors sounds like so much fun! And a heated vest? Sign me up for that! I am definitely not going to a haunted house - I have such trauma from them as a child!
ReplyDeleteOh, no! I didn't mean to bring up your childhood trauma!
DeleteLol, I wondered why you were walking Hannah through someone's demolished laundry. Lucy does not love the Halloween decorations at all, although she growls a little less every year.
ReplyDeleteHa ha. It was the only think I could get to pose by. Everything else was a hard pass for her. It does just look like dirty laundry, but I bet it was spookier at night.
DeleteI am a HARD PASS on any sort of haunted house situation. I am such a wimp about stuff like that!!
ReplyDeleteOne morning there was some fog coming off of Lake Harriet when I was running and it was so beautiful but my phone couldn't capture the fog wafting off the lake. It was very Halloweeny!
I KNOW! I can never capture the beauty of the fog. I certainly have learned the limits of my photography skills recently.
DeleteI have seen a bit of fog around here but not too creepy. I am not sure I would enjoy anything haunted house. The most is I may read about it.
