30 minute yoga video. I did this one pretty late and I thought it was just perfect for an evening practice.

Saturday, March 12
45 minute full body resistance band training video. If I'm honest I did a lot of these with dumbbells and modified quite a bit. There's an occasional sighting of a cute black and tan dachshund in the video if that's an enticement for you.

Sunday, March 13
35 minute low impact circuit-based cardio video. I was not a fan of the repetitive nature of the circuits, but that might be your jam.

15 minute stretch class at lunch.
60 minute yoga class at the community center.

  4. You ran! That's exciting. Great month of workouts, and I'm impressed that you're getting out to a live yoga class. I love yoga but have only been doing it on the Peloton app. Overall it sounds like you had a great month- is your back all better?

    1. My back is much better. It still sometimes is annoying in the morning and if I do a HIIT practice, it can get aggravated, but it's so much better now. I have to be better about maintaining my PT exercises, though, to make sure I continue to see progress.
