*Our local healthcare organization does free stretch classes virtually three times a week. Sign up here! It's free. It's fun. We regularly talk about candy and what's for lunch. It's a delightful break in the middle of the day. You do not have to have your camera on.

I didn't quite get to my 80% goal because of days traveling and whatnot, but I feel pretty good about these numbers based on everything going on in my life.

What's the last really good workout you did?
74% is great no matter what- but extra great with other hard things going on. Consistency is key, and you're nailing it.
ReplyDeleteGreat job, Engie! I had a good workout this morning :)
ReplyDeleteExcellent job, as always!
ReplyDeleteWe went on a 9 km family hike today that was great. I also did a cardio pilates video the other day. It was short (like 10 minutes), but I was drenched in sweat. It was mostly squats and my legs are still killing me, but I could tell it was effective. So I guess there is a bit of a love/hate feeling on my part!
