9.9 Color - Miniskirt

Bestest Friend and I are in the middle of a blog project. Each day of the month we will post a picture on a pre-determined theme and write a little something about it. The theme for the ninth day of each month is "Color."

Things NGS does not wear:
Miniskirts
Leggings as pants
Skinny jeans
"Dress" yoga pants
Midriff baring tshirts
Pants with words written across the ass
Wigs
Chunky necklaces
Button up shirts
Booties
White socks

Things NGS totally would wear:
A minidress with candy embellishments, a giant pink Afro wig, and untied black booties

But only if you promised me I would look exactly like this.
