10.30 Contemplate - If Pineapples Could Talk

Bestest Friend and I are in the middle of a blog project. Each day of the month we will post a picture on a pre-determined theme and write a little something about it. The theme for the thirtieth day of each month is "Contemplate."

It is so cold here. I could do with some tropical breezes instead of this Arctic air.

I don't really have eyes, do I?

Wouldn't it be more respectful to just chop me up for some delicious pineapple upside down cake?
The town next to Nowhere holds its Winter Farmers' Market on the last Saturday of every other month during the winter. This ends up being most beef, eggs, and honey with lots of people selling knitted items, but I always get pumped up to go, anyway. Sure, nothing GREEN is sold, but we all get together to munch on kettle corn and reminisce nostalgically about those markets when your entire bag is overflowing with locally grown produce.

In just two short months we'll have regular Farmers' Markets again and we can stop trying to pretend tropical fruit has any business here.
