2016 CSA Week 16: Onions and Garlic Everywhere

This week's bounty is very green:
Red peppers
Red cabbage
Honey nut squash (2)
Rainbow chard

  • We'll roast those squashes, probably for lunch on Sunday.
  • I'll make a slaw with the cabbage and some of the parsley.
  • We'll do an egg dish with the chard.
  • The carrots and peppers I'll eat raw with lunch.
  • The onions and garlic will go straight to the container in the back of the pantry with the rest of 'em. We're never going to get through them.

And that's the most exciting thing that has happened to us all week.
